Our office is located at the very end of the street on Oak Tree Way. Client parking is available in the parking lot at very end of the street on Oak Tree Way. Peak Community Physical Therapy is temporarily operating out of the same office as Dr. Mary Bassler in 4 Oak Tree Way until renovations are complete in our new office space. We have no receptionist. Please make yourself comfortable in the lobby area until you are greeted for your appointment.
