Physical Therapy
One-one-one, individually customized physical therapy sessions. Initial evaluations and re-assessments may include a review of health history, discussion of goals, assessment of mechanics, collection of objective measures, and development of a plan of care. Follow-up sessions are personalized sessions that may include hands-on manual therapy, blood flow restriction training, specific strength, balance and mobility exercises, and modification or progression of a home exercise program.
Wellness and Exercise Programs
8-Week Exercise Programs: 50 minute initial assessment + 20 minute weekly check-in calls + 2 new, individually customized exercise routines per week. Best for very motivated individuals that are looking for some guidance on how to overcome a nagging injury, work towards a goal, or looking to improve their overall wellness and fitness.
One-on-one Exercise and Wellness: individual exercise sessions geared specifically towards your goals with undivided attention and supervision.
**Exercise sessions are wellness services and are unlikely eligible for insurance reimbursement via a superbill.**
